The Role

We are building FinTech for college students. We are offering credit builder card that helps college students save money and build credit.

We are looking for a customer support manager who is supportive and has hospitality to help our customers.

Firstcard has raised $7.8M from VCs and Angels so far.

Skills and experiences:

  • Strong customer support experience over 2 years at financial industry or hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
This is second hire for customer support team so you are responsible to improve our customer support manual and our communications.

Salary range
$3- $4 (USD)/hour

Expected location
This is fully-remote position but we expect to hire someone at Argentina to offer 24/7 services to our users in the U.S..
