Job Description
Manage office floor and all facilities thereof to maintain a smoothly-functioning workplace
Ensuring a clean, healthy and conducive work environment for employees
Responsible for all office operations, administration, maintenance and security
Manage office parking spaces / cabs / organize rides for employees, if needed
Manage office peons, security and support staff
Liaise with building administration office for all office premises related tasks
Stock-keeping, procurement and replenishment of office supplies / pantry supplies
Collection of feedback from office staff for improvement of office facilities
Liaising with the HR, Finance, Business Development & Sales team for all their operational needs.
Manage the administration of contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with terms and conditions and to monitor supplier performance.
Responsible for Vendor Management & Development, Soft Services,
Space Management, Asset Management, Space allocation, Guesthouse Management, Warehouse management, Transport, Travel Desk, Hotel Accommodation, Telecommunications, Mailroom, Printing & Stationery, Pest control, Event Management, Cafeteria Management.
Qualifications
4-5 years experience in office administration, facility management / operations with professional organizations
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Good communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to prepare and update MIS / Budgets / Reports
Good network among suppliers and vendors for office administration
Ability to manage, negotiate and interface with external vendors
Sharp perception and Eye for Detail
