Finance & HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, cashflow, monthly forecasts, and optimize expenses
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
• Lead fundraising process and manage due diligence from time to time
• Prepare financial statements and oversee internal and external audits and ensure timely closure
• Ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization are met as per Indian regulations and Acts
  
• Supervise the companies' tax and compliance service partners
• Manage customer level transactions (both B2C / B2B), and banking and EMI vendors
• Perform quality controls and monitor KPIs
• Set policies and processes
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
• Recruit, train, and supervises employees
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
• Direct the employee performance management process
• Prepare regular reports for CEO
• Ensure staff comply with all company policies and regulations
• Provide solutions to issues (e.g. growing costs, employee conflicts, delays in project implementation)

Requirements

• 5-12 years of experience in Finance and/or Operations and/or HR responsibilities
• Experience in planning and budgeting
• Experience with varying transaction reconciliations like payment gateways, loans, foreign receipts etc
• Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
• Strong analytical ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Problem-solving aptitude

Qualification

• CA / MBA in finance ; MSc/MA is a plus
• Experience in E-Commerce, Education, OR Service Industry
