About the Role

The Customer Lifecycle and Campaigns Manager will be responsible for nurturing Searchstax users throughout their lifecycle, which includes lead lifecycle for MQL to SAL, revenue growth, nurture loops, and engagement and expansion. You will develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns in partnership with growth and product marketing teams that span multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will be an exceptional analytical thinker with a consistent track record of delivering measurable growth rooted in testing and optimization. You will have a strong foundation in CRM marketing, a customer-focused approach, and most importantly, a strong can-do attitude that makes you comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

  • Develop strategies and lead planning, execution, and measurement to drive engagement throughout all stages of the lead and customer lifecycle.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of Searchstax target ICP, users, partners and channels to understand their buying and usage behavior.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign results across all channels to understand performance and drive continuous optimizations.
  • Report on those campaign results and communicate across marketing and cross-functional teams to facilitate new ideas and cross-collaboration of messaging.
  • Partner with product marketing, growth, and creative to produce best-in-class assets for lifecycle marketing campaigns and deliver a targeted and personalized journey across multiple touch-points.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure campaign requirements and deadlines are met while also delivering the optimal customer experience. Support both product and brand-led campaigns through email and other channels.
  • Support our customer accounts through automated campaigns.
  • Be the technical go-to for email and integrations with Salesforce, ensuring best practices for data hygiene and successful daily synchronization.

What You Must Have

  • 3+ years of experience with SaaS or subscription-based products; familiarity with CMS or DXP solutions is a plus.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, or Pardot.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, delivering actionable insights.
  • Customer-centric approach and mastery of marketing best practices.
  • Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment, owning projects from start to finish.
  • Expertise in data interpretation, testing, and optimization to drive impactful results.
  • Knowledge of data cleanliness best practices for accurate insights.
  • Deep understanding of email marketing, covering both marketing and transactional aspects.
  • Proven track record in planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across teams.

Pay Transparency

  • Base Salary: The initial base salary for this role is estimated to range from $130,000 to $150,000.
  • Salary Structure: Our salary ranges are determined by market analysis and are designed to evolve with job performance over time.
  • Additional Benefits: Beyond base salaries, SearchStax employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, with potential for equity and performance-based bonuses.
