As a Founding BDR at SmartRecover, you will play a crucial role in our continued success by prospecting and engaging DTC businesses and helping them unlock 10-30% more revenue with AI. You will have the opportunity to build a sales team from the ground up, sell a product that is in high demand, operate with a ton of autonomy and soon lead a team of your own.
We're growing fast but are now looking for someone who can add even more fuel to the fire.
Key Responsibilities:
-Proactively engage with prospects, leveraging your exceptional sales skills and entrepreneurial attitude to generate new business opportunities.
-Utilize your in-depth understanding of the DTC marketing ecosystem to navigate challenges and solve problems independently.
-Establish and refine a repeatable lead generation process, laying the foundation for scalable growth and sustainable success.
Requirements:
-Previous experience in sales (and cold email!) is desirable, but we place a greater emphasis on your entrepreneurial attitude, ambition, and demonstrated sales ability.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively engage with prospects and build lasting relationships.
-Exceptional problem-solving abilities, enabling you to navigate challenges and find creative solutions independently.
-A self-starter mentality, driven by the desire to achieve and surpass goals, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
