Position Description

Digital marketers are responsible, at the end of the day, for building awareness, providing research to prospects, and driving qualified prospects to conversions.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in AI/related technologies to catapult our go-to-market organization forward at scale
  • Create, manage, and distribute content across various marketing channels (website, social media, email campaigns)
  • Envision the next iteration of Everyset’s social media presence across channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Meta, etc.) utilizing AI technologies such as natural language processing and machine learning
  • Develop and execute a robust SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
  • Support our event marketing strategy with content & coordination for in-person and virtual formats
  • Optimize and update website content to improve SEO rankings.
  • Create informative and engaging blog posts for our website.
  • Produce captivating social media content for Instagram and TikTok to showcase our portfolio and company culture for recruitment purposes.
  • Develop social media posts for LinkedIn, including company updates and personalized content for our CEO, COO, VP of Sales, and Director of Casting.
  • Strategize with team on how to market new product developments and new marketing opportunities
  • Develop and manage marketing plan and editorial calendar to establish workable priorities and meet content production and distribution deadlines
  • Design and write targeted drip email campaigns, monthly newsletter that engage, inform, and motivate prospects through the sales funnel
  • Create, execute, and optimize campaigns, keywords, ad copy, and landing pages to increase conversions and brand development goals
  • Collaborate on email marketing funnels, re-engagement campaigns, automation rules and drip campaigns
  • Track and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against defined KPI and conversion goals
  • Manage and build upon brand, brand narratives, and artwork development
  • Provide monthly and weekly activity report to management
  • Constantly iterate on the strategy to improve outbound conversions, in a disciplined and methodical fashion
  • Working collaboratively with sales, customer service and technology departments to improve outreach quality
  • Ideate and execute on company events for sales and marketing purposes

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • At least 5 years of work experience with digital marketing and digital media. Agency experience is a plus.
  • Lead and manage social and digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong grasp of current marketing tools, trends, and best practices.
  • Highly creative with expertise in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Optimize landing pages and ad copy/creative/targeting, including experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Solid knowledge of analytic tools and ad serving tools necessary for campaign set-up and reporting.
  • Successfully manage budgets and ROI for performance marketing channels, including SEO, social media, programmatic advertising, and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to write in a compelling and authoritative style.
  • Operates with complete honesty, integrity, and transparency and creates a trusting, collaborative, and ethical work environment.
  • Must have experience with marketing automation platforms, Salesforce, Hubspot, Fiverr, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Analytics.

This job is based in Los Angeles.

Compensation: Competitive base salary of $70,000
