Role Overview:
As the Lead E-Mobility Trainer & Innovation Hub Manager at DIYguru Mumbai, you will be instrumental in shaping the minds of the next generation of electric vehicle specialists. This role offers the unique opportunity to blend technical instruction with operational leadership, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within our Center of Excellence (COE).

Key Responsibilities:

Educational Leadership: Deliver engaging and comprehensive training sessions as part of DIYguru’s nano degree program in electric vehicle technology. Lead by example, resolving student inquiries and providing expert guidance on live projects and assignments.
Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of our Mumbai branch, ensuring the seamless organization of educational seminars, workshops, and sessions. Collaborate with the business development team to enhance student enrollment and drive branch growth.
Curriculum Development: Utilize your expertise to continually develop and update course content, ensuring DIYguru remains at the cutting edge of EV education.
Community Engagement: Act as a technical advisor in strategic planning sessions, building valuable partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders.
Project Leadership: Spearhead projects focused on key EV technologies, including battery systems, EV powertrains, and embedded systems, ensuring DIYguru leads in practical and theoretical knowledge dissemination.
Qualifications:

M.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 2-3 years of relevant experience, or
B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the electrical/vehicle domain, or
Ph.D. candidates in the electrical/automotive field from premier institutes (IITs preferred).
Demonstrated experience in electric vehicle technology and a passion for sustainable mobility solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Graduates from IITs or professionals with extensive experience in the core domains of the industry, showcasing at least 5 years of relevant expertise.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of inspiring students and professionals alike.
