Sr. Electronics Testing Engineer
Experience - 6-9years , Mumbai

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Perform electronic system testing for acceptance, compliance, warranty and other types.
2. Develop test plan and procedures for electronic systems.
3. Maintain complete and accurate documentations for system testing.
4. Analyze and troubleshoot test defects in a timely fashion.
5. Review test procedures and instructions before starting the system testing processes.
6. Work with Supervisors to plan and coordinate test activities.
7. Evaluate system performance and suggest improvements.
8. Understand and interpret drawings, schematics, technical manuals and instructions.
9. Follow company policies and safety regulations.
10. Work with cross-functional teams to complete the assigned job duties within deadlines.
11. Recommend process improvements to enhance testing efficiency.
12. Travel to customer locations to perform testing when needed.
13. Develop test environments and test cases for all mechanical and Electronics systems
14. Analyze test results, detect issues and track root causes
15. Suggest fixes and improvements
16. Document technical issues and solutions
17. Build automated testing systems for regular checks
18. Ensure our products and procedures meet industry standards (e.g. ISO)

Key Skill require - Electronics Testing, EMI/EMC Debugging, PCB Bring up, DFM/DFT, RCA, CAPA, Test Equipment, IR, HV, Sensors, motors, Batteries, Display, WiFi /Bluetooth.

Requirements

1. Previous experience as a Test Engineer or similar role
2. Familiarity with various testing techniques
3. Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
4. Knowledge of quality standards and regulations
5. Great troubleshooting skills
6. Analytical mindset
7. Additional certification in Quality Assurance is a plus
8. Proficient in MS Office software.
9. Detail oriented.
