Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Associate to join our team. As a Product Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the development, maintenance, and update of our product website. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for product management and a desire to contribute to the success of the organization. A product associate must have excellent time-management skills and the ability to multi-task, especially in meeting strict deadlines and conducting research for leads.

*As a Product Associate, you are expected to fulfill the following: *

• Collaborating with other members of the team to gather requirements and ensure smooth updates of the website content;
• Providing ad hoc assistance for on-demand requests in relation to website pages;
• Serving as another layer of support and quality check;
• Conducting research and generating leads;
• Analyzing product-building processes and identifying opportunities for product improvement; and
• Meeting quota while still being able to handle side tasks.

*Ideal Product Associate should have: *

• Ability to handle operational and admin tasks;
• Familiarity with WordPress and website-building tools;
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, anticipating the needs of the team as time passes;
• Ability to work well under pressure; meet tight deadlines; manage multiple projects and expectations; and maintain a sharp focus while managing competing priorities;
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are a must;
• A team player mindset with an ability to succeed in a fast-paced, highly demanding, high volume, dynamic environment;
• Ability to effectively communicate and interact with employees at all levels;
• Adept skill at quickly learning new processes and technology;
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and Google Suite; and
• Willingness to work during Eastern Standard Time.
