Cloud Engineer- Tier 3

Position Overview:
As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced cloud infrastructure solutions. You will work closely with our clients to understand their requirements, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide expert guidance on cloud architecture best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement highly scalable and resilient cloud architectures to meet client requirements.
• Provide expert-level support for troubleshooting complex cloud infrastructure issues, including but not limited to networking, security, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement automation strategies for provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring of cloud resources.
• Conduct performance analysis and optimization of cloud environments to ensure optimal resource utilization and cost efficiency.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor junior team members on cloud-related technologies and best practices.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to critical incidents in a timely manner, ensuring minimal impact on client operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting cloud-based solutions, preferably in a Tier 3 support role.
• Strong proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, with experience in designing and deploying multi-tier applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Project management experience in successfully leading cloud infrastructure projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, and delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
