Product Delivery Manager - Deployment

As a deployment-focused Product Delivery Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving client success by technical means. You’ll tailor their Socotra instances to their needs, advise them on how to best configure the system, and do integrations to support customers and partners. You’ll also bring feedback to our product team to drive technical excellence in the platform. Finally, you’ll advise sales-focused PDMs when they need details of possible system integrations.

Responsibilities
Gather detailed client project requirements
Configure Socotra for clients
Set up integrations between Socotra and external systems or products
Consult on Socotra product functionality
Field client support requests

Requirements
2+ years of software engineering experience
Willing and able to travel 15% of the time (average, with opportunities for more)
Demonstrable client communication skills
Programming proficiency
Willing to be based at Socotra HQ
Comfort with ambiguity and handling demanding customers
Excitement for delivering new technology
Strong bias towards collaboration and transparency
