RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for inventory order placing and modifying in ERP system and releasing to the suppliers. / 负责在ERP系统中下达和修改库存订单，并释放给供应商。
• Follow up with suppliers to get the best delivery lead time and confirm in ERP system. / 与供应商跟进，以获取最佳的交货时间，并在ERP系统中确认。
• Regularly review and improve the supplier manufacturing lead time to improve the total delivery lead time. / 定期审查和改善供应商的制造交货时间，以改善总交货时间。
• Issue Delivery Note to quality and suppliers for inspection and follow up the inspection results. / 向质量部门和供应商发布交货通知进行检查，并跟进检查结果。
• Daily track suppliers’ performance in terms of delivery lead time, on time rate, quality issues. Act as first escalation point if anything urgent or important. / 每日跟踪供应商的交货时间、准时率、质量问题等绩效。在出现紧急或重要情况时，作为第一升级点。
• Serve as a key member of supplier capacity management and collaborator with supply chain and sourcing. / 作为供应商产能管理的重要成员，并与供应链和采购部门合作。
• Proactively work with suppliers to understand the capacity constraints and production plan, make sure supplier’s priority list covers Juvo+ business needs. / 积极与供应商合作，了解产能限制和生产计划，确保供应商的优先级清单涵盖Juvo+的业务需求。
• Review the regular OOS (Out-Of-Stock) list and work together with sourcing team to lower the impact to revenue. / 审查定期的缺货清单，并与采购团队合作，降低对收入的影响。
• Play a key user role for ERP system, proficient with all purchasing functions and reports in system. Skillfully use reports to improve work efficiency and quality. / 在ERP系统中扮演关键用户角色，熟练掌握系统中的所有采购功能和报告。熟练运用报告以提高工作效率和质量。
• Implement VMI (Vendor Manage Inventory) project with top suppliers for Hero SKUs to reduce the lead time. / 与顶级供应商一起实施VMI（供应商管理库存）项目，以减少交货时间。
• Coordinate Logistics Service Provider to pick up the goods from supplier sites and ensure the correctness of the billing. / 协调物流服务提供商从供应商现场提取货物，并确保账单的准确性。
• Coordinate with suppliers and finance on billing, payment and invoicing. / 与供应商和财务部门就账单、付款和发票进行协调。
• Monitor the total delivery lead time and identify the opportunities for improvement internally and externally. / 监控总交货时间，并识别内部和外部的改进机会。
• Track responsible suppliers’ OKR and proactively identify the improvement opportunities. / 跟踪负责供应商的OKR，并积极识别改进机会。

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field / 商业或相关领域的学士学位
• Working experience of order management, purchasing or materials planning / 订单管理、采购或物料计划的工作经验
• Excellent communication skills and logic thinking / 出色的沟通技巧和逻辑思维能力
• Good analytic and influence capability / 良好的分析和影响力能力
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes / 良好的制造流程理解能力
• Good understanding of commodity management / 良好的商品管理理解能力
• Key user of ERP, SAP preferred / ERP的关键用户，优先考虑SAP
• Builds relationships easily, both internally & externally / 能轻松建立内部和外部关系
