Once you’re a franchisee, you’ll have your own office and will be responsible for a territory .
You’ll manage the business (including finance, marketing and people management). You’ll also oversee the daily operations and build relationships with key referral providers in your territory. And with the right commitment and drive, your business should grow and thrive.

Services
Our services are only for creators and Businesses will be billed on subscription model.
This includes Vaaday Support; Video editing; Graphic Design; Curating Content; Content writing;Marketing and more. We also support clients with long-term conditions as well as stopped posting content and wanted to restart the journey; Fear of Camera or Not growing while posting content so that they are able to grow.

In partnership with experts, we’ve developed a number of bespoke training courses for our Professionals.

Team
As a new franchisee, we guide you in recruiting Outlet Manager the person responsible for the day to day operations and gudiance. As your business grows, so does your team. Over time your role will develop to the point where you have a senior management team in place, so you can focus on leading the business, rather than the day to day. Should you buy a resale franchise, our support is geared towards supporting you in managing the existing team and structure, ensuring the team and the business is able to develop further under your leadership.
Initial and ongoing training is provided for you, your office team and your Professionals to ensure everyone is working to the highest standard, throughout their journey with Vaaday

FINANCIAL PROJECTIONS
Due to the unique set up of our model, Vaaday Instead franchisees enjoy sustained growth year on year. We would expect an established office to achieve an operating profit (before franchise owner earnings) of c. 10-15%.

A market share of just 19% of creators in your territory can potentially produce annual revenues of $1.1 million we anticipate that as our brand becomes even more established, we can significantly increase revenues.

Please note that we are unable to guarantee any level of financial achievement, as individual franchisee performance will have a significant influence on the success of the franchise. We will work with you to develop a detailed business model for your chosen franchise area.

Investment
For a new franchise our franchise fee is $12,500 (ex. VAT) with an ongoing royalty fee of 19% (ex. VAT). We anticipate the total investment required is between $35,000 and $70,000, which includes capital and the franchise fee.

If you are considering a resale the franchise fee is $10,500 (ex. VAT) with an ongoing royalty fee of 19% (ex. VAT).
