Responsibilities:

Data Cleaning/Manipulation:

• Implement robust data cleaning and manipulation practices to maintain data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce.

• Develop and optimize data transformation processes to meet business requirements and improve overall data quality.

Development:

• Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in Apex development to architect and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.

• Possess or work towards Salesforce PD1 and PD2 certifications to showcase mastery in Apex development.

DevOps:

• Implement best practices for deployment and release management, ensuring smooth deployment processes and efficient release cycles.

• Collaborate closely with the illumifin team on ongoing development projects within the Salesforce environment.

Service Cloud:

• Obtain and maintain relevant certifications such as Service Cloud Certified Consultant to demonstrate expertise in Service Cloud implementations.

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective Service Cloud solutions.

Other:

• Utilize AppExchange tools, including form tools like Youreka and Formstack, to enhance Salesforce functionality and streamline processes.

• Leverage additional development backgrounds such as Lightning Web Components (LWC) development and JavaScript expertise to enhance Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) and Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) certifications.

• Extensive experience in Salesforce Service Cloud implementations and data cleaning/manipulation.

• Strong understanding of deployment best practices and release management.

• Service Cloud Certified Consultant certification is advantageous.

• Proficiency in AppExchange tools and other development backgrounds such as LWC development and JavaScript expertise are highly desirable.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work within a remote team environment.
