Software Engineer – Full Stack Development

We are seeking mission-driven Software Engineer who wants to work on the cutting edge of digital health technology. This position is specialist with extensive background in the prevalent technologies in wide use today with an awareness of new emerging ideas. This position uses well-defined approaches to problem-solving and software development best practices to execute and deliver the highest quality working software. This position works with software engineers, peer technical leads, architects, product management, QA and other stakeholders to translate product vision and business requirements into satisfying end-user experiences.

• Determines technical feasibility and solves problems by problem definition, evaluation, analysis, and solution development.
• Practices Agile utilizing Kanban methodologies, BDD and best practices.
• Customer focused with a willingness to develop the best, most elegant solutions.
• Participates in standups, iteration/sprint planning meetings, Sprint reviews, Retrospectives, Jira, 1 on 1s, internal consulting with the team and stakeholders, reporting, and removing blockers.
• Created unit/integration tests and documentation as needed for all code development.
• Responsible for testing any changes and working closely with QA and Product Management resources for knowledge transfer.Ensures adherence to policies, practices, and teamwork.
• Peer mentors software engineers and Sprint team members.
• Proactively anticipates problems and challenges.
• Understands the importance of protecting data and privacy
