Our Information System Team is growing and we are looking for an amazing Business Application Manager! As a Business Application Manager, you will support the scale of the business and the business OKRs, focusing on driving global systems deployment - streamlining processes between teams, supporting existing processes and implementing new processes. You will play a meaningful part in the IS interfaces team seeking automated processes by building integrations between different Go-to-Market systems
A Day In Your Life
You will serve as the company focal point for all aspects related to IS processes for both internal and external customers:
Project management:
- Lead E2E process from requirements definition to Implementation and maintenance.
- Gap analysis for main processes and the level of implementation
- Design work plans track and report status of assigned projects/tasks
- Establishing Strong working relationships and smooth handoffs with additional teams across the org.
- Provides technical support to different applications users
Engage with business leaders across the organization to influence and create the right technical solutions to solve business problems and improve business processes
Manage a team of 2-3 employees.
Manage projects, resources and vendors to ensure successful delivery, budget and timeline expectations
Responsible for IS project management (from URS/FRS, through implementation & UAT, to Go-Live and Support)
Adopting systemic approach, from the strategic goal to technical on-going details, using strong analytical skills.
Dashboards and KPI management - Develop and maintain the reports and dashboard for our business units
What You Bring
- BSC industrial engineering/Information systems or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on administration experience with enterprise sales and marketing applications
- Salesforce experience required. Experience with FSL, Marketo and ZoomInfo is a plus.
- Experience managing and developing teams.
- Experience with integration between multiple and complex systems is a strong plus.
- Hands-on project management and excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and create a deep and clear understanding of the business processes.
- Strong experience background in marketing, sales and global GTM business processes is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical people, both written and verbally.
- Ability to prioritize, work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A patient and methodical approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate (verbal and written) in Hebrew is a plus.
- This is a remote role. However, candidates should live in the NY/NJ/CT area and be able to travel to New York City as needed.

The pay range for this position in Colorado, California and New York City is $136,000 to $152,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The pay offered may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, and experience.
