The Role

The Impact You'll Be Contributing to Moloco:

In this role, you will be leading a highly effective Cloud DSP Implementation team as the Director of Implementation Manager of Greater China to drive new client success. To be successful, you will need to leverage your extensive leadership, sales, account management and partnerships experience and industry connections to attract our new clients. You will work closely with New Business Managers and other functions to deliver Moloco’s unique value to our clients. This is a senior role and directly reports to the Head of New Business, Greater China.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:

  • Develop and lead new client onboarding and growth strategy and execution of Moloco Cloud DSP in Greater China.
  • Lead an organization of Implementation Managers. Define the business plan for the team and drive execution.
  • Manages team to ensure daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly activities are aligned to the new business.
  • Accountable for exceeding new revenue targets for the Implementation team of Greater China.
  • As our Implementation Leader, you will also be hands-on in your day to day to implement new campaigns and onboard new clients by working with them to optimize and stabilize new campaigns and achieve client's KPI.
  • Be operationally excellent in the day-to-day running of the business including forecasting, account management, performance management and coaching.
  • Drive a customer success focus and growth as a team culture.
  • Build collaborative relationships and drive alignment across the organization such as (but not limited to) GTM, Marketing, Product, Data Analytics and Support team.

Here is what you need to succeed (Experience & Qualifications)

  • 8+ years of sales management experience including 3+ years of leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of building and managing high performing organizations.
  • Possesses a deep understanding of the ad-tech industry and emerging trends to anticipate future trends for short and long-term success.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve ambitious sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of winning and establishing strategic relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong sales, customer success, partnership and strategic planning background.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
