China Payroll & Employment Business Partner

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Response for clients and employees payroll and employments questions
• Prepare the payroll report for each client base on China policies
• Complete on employees’ onboarding and offboarding procedures
• Contribute the mandatory benefits for employees
• Answering and supporting the tax contribution and inquires

Minimum request of the position:

• Fairly good English communication skill both in written and oral
• Work experience in human resources field of payroll, employment, PEO, mandatory benefits
• Willing to challenge/master comprehensive HR knowledge and expertise
• Familiar with China labor law is a plus
