💪 Who are we looking for?

As a Customer Success Manager, your main job is to build strong relationships with our clients. You'll help them get the most out of our products, ensuring they're happy and satisfied. Get customers started smoothly and ensure long-term partnerships! You are not afraid to make decisions and want to grow with the team!

As a key part of the IntelliProve team, you will:

• Guide the customers through the product integration steps
• Learn from the customers and share feedback with the development/product team! Continuous improvement is key!
• Upselling and renewal of contracts is one of your targets!
• Collaborate with the team to develop comprehensive documentation, compelling slides, and engaging videos aimed at providing effective support to customers.
• Shape (y)our customer success department right from the start.
• Bring up improvements and ideas!

Skills we are looking for:

• Native Dutch and fully proficient in English
• At least 1 year experience in a similar role
• Extremely competitive, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy winning as a team
• Comfortable using CRM Tools (HubSpot)
• Attention to detail, excellent organization and communication skills
• Have strong analytical skills
• Have empathy and you're passionate about understanding and solving customers' problems
• You’re excited to work in a high-growth environment.
• You are not afraid to take responsibilities
• Knowledge of SaaS
