Community Growth Manager

Role Overview:
As our Community Growth Manager for Discord, you'll be the strategic mind behind the
development and flourishing of Discord communities. Your responsibilities will span a
variety of roles, including crafting captivating content, organizing contests, employing
growth hacking techniques, and analyzing data to enhance performance.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive Discord growth strategy aligned with our
overarching marketing goals.
Generate high-quality, engaging content (text, visuals, infographics) that resonates with
our target audience.
Manage and moderate the Discord community, fostering positive interactions and
addressing member inquiries.
Run targeted campaigns and contests to attract new members and enhance
engagement.
Identify and implement Discord marketing tools, such as Collab.land, MemeFactory, and
analytics platforms, to maximize community growth.
Analyze community data and metrics to track progress and optimize strategies.
Stay abreast of the latest Telegram trends and best practices in the crypto/fintech space.

Qualifications:

Good Knowledge in Social Media marketing, demonstrating success in growing and
engaging communities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting compelling
content.
Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills to track and measure community
performance.
Proficiency in using Discord marketing tools, including bots, schedulers, and analytics
platforms.
Understanding of the crypto/fintech space and its target audience is a significant
advantage.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable, with a passion for community building.

Bonus Points:

Experience with influencer marketing.
Knowledge of community management best practices and conflict resolution techniques.
Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies for Telegram.
Experience with tools for virtual events.
