🥷🏼 Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers of our ventures to design and implement AI solutions that address complex business challenges.

• Scouting for the best AI-savvy co-founder talent and maintaining a good network of partners and professionals in the space who could prove of help to the start-ups at any point during the 0 to 1 phase.

• Having a lean, scientific, and “always learning” mindset that improves the feedback loop of lessons from each new startup that can be applied in future ventures.

• Apply best practices in software development and machine learning engineering to deliver high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code.

• Integrate machine learning models into the existing backend infrastructure, ensuring seamless and optimized performance.

• Develop and deploy robust and scalable machine learning models using Python and TensorFlow/PyTorch.

• Continuously evaluate and improve the performance and accuracy of deployed models through monitoring, testing, and iteration.

• Translate that knowledge and experience to the business development team to optimize the launch and selection of new companies and integrate AI technology in portfolio companies.

🏅 Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Machine Learning Engineer.

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, and performance optimization.

• Experience deploying machine learning models in production environments.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS).

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

• Relevant experience in Consultancy or Investment Banking.
