In line with our rapid expansion, we are in search of an eloquent and self-motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) / Sales Representative (SR) to power our sales initiatives. This is an opportunity to join a team of passionate professionals in a role that is initially non-compensated but with a clear, structured path to becoming a compensated full-time position.
Role Overview:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) / Sales Representative (SR) at Socia, you will be instrumental in generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients.
Your primary focus will be on outbound sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and conducting product demonstrations.
Your exceptional communication skills and persuasive nature will drive Socia's growth in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume prospecting and outreach to potential clients through calls, emails, and social media channels.
Deliver compelling presentations of Socia's services to potential clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and how our solutions can meet those needs.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects to meet business objectives and sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and approach based on market feedback and results.
Keep detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Participate in sales training and team meetings, contributing to the continuous improvement of the sales process.
Qualifications:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proven ability to articulate product value propositions and engage with potential clients persuasively.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms is a plus.
Prior experience in sales, especially in a B2B or SaaS environment, is highly advantageous.

Compensation:
Equity: While this role is initially a non-compensated full-time position, we value the contributions of our team members and offer ESOPs as part of the compensation package.
Future Salary Potential: We are committed to transitioning this role into a compensated full-time position. The anticipated compensation range, once the role becomes paid, is $10,000 to $15,000 annually. This transition is planned to occur within a few months, contingent upon individual performance and company growth.
