Duties

• Conduct regular AML audits to assess compliance with internal controls and external regulations

• Monitor and analyze regulatory changes and suggest updates to policies and procedures accordingly

• Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters

• Conduct internal audits to identify potential risks and areas for improvement

• Investigate and resolve compliance-related complaints or violations

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and changes in regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) Certification
• Proven experience in financial auditing, regulatory reporting, or compliance management
• Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles, SOX, GAAP, and other relevant regulations
• Familiarity with fraud prevention and detection techniques
• Experience conducting internal audits and implementing control measures

• Knowledge of Debit/Credit Card transactions is a plus

• Knowledge of Prepaid Cards is a plus

• In-depth understanding of BSA, OFAC, KYC, EDD, and monitoring requirements.
