NBRHD Capital is a next-generation alternatives platform built on natively on blockchain, providing a curated platform for RWA investments. Our mission is to enable the next generation of asset ownership by providing professional investors with high quality exposure to tokenized assets.
We are pre seed and have an excellent product to go to market with, offering 7,10,13% stable alternative yields.
After success building the team locally, we are looking to extend coverage and looking for sales people across EMEA with a particular focus on DACH, Nordics, CEE. NBRHD is launching with Three first of a kind RWA products in February.
Role Description
This is a full-time or part time remote role for an alternatives/RWA Sales professional. The RWA Sales professional will be responsible for finding professional clients, closing sales and growing the NBRHD platform.
FT, PT, or side of desk. Opportunity to develop in to equity/salary based roles in phase 2.
Commission only in phase one, no cap.
Qualifications
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven track record in Sales or Business Development
Knowledge of the DeFi and RWA industries is preferred
Existing relationship base in alternatives and crypto is a plus
This role is commission only (very high) in phase one with no cap. If you have existing clients, this role is ideally suited for you to succeed. When we raise full seed we intend to offer salary and equity.
