The Role

Company Overview:

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing HR startup in the heart of innovation, committed to revolutionizing how companies conduct screening interviews. As we embark on the next phase of our journey, we are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our executive team and lead our marketing efforts.

Position Overview:

As the CMO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy, with a primary focus on driving growth through innovative and data-driven approaches. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully scaling startups within the B2B SaaS space, demonstrating expertise in growth hacking techniques and possessing a deep understanding of marketing principles. The CMO will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve our ambitious business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention through innovative and effective growth hacking techniques.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Utilize data analytics and metrics to measure and optimize marketing performance, ensuring a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, product, and customer success teams.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CMO or in a senior marketing role within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated success in growing startups, with a focus on implementing effective growth hacking strategies.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, demand generation, content marketing, and branding.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Preferably holds an MBA or equivalent advanced degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
