As we embark on the next phase of our journey, we are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our executive team and lead our marketing efforts.
Position Overview:
As the CMO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy, with a primary focus on driving growth through innovative and data-driven approaches. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully scaling startups within the B2B SaaS space, demonstrating expertise in growth hacking techniques and possessing a deep understanding of marketing principles. The CMO will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve our ambitious business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention through innovative and effective growth hacking techniques.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
- Utilize data analytics and metrics to measure and optimize marketing performance, ensuring a continuous improvement mindset.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, product, and customer success teams.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CMO or in a senior marketing role within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated success in growing startups, with a focus on implementing effective growth hacking strategies.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, demand generation, content marketing, and branding.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Preferably holds an MBA or equivalent advanced degree in marketing or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
