The Role
TimelyCare is currently seeking an Account Executive with a hunter mentality to be responsible for managing a full cycle sales process focusing on Student Success - prospecting, providing lead generation, scheduling meetings, and supporting potential customer conversations through to close. You will routinely contact personnel at colleges and universities such as; medical schools, law schools, and trade schools to create and cultivate relationships, set-up presentations with key stakeholders on campus and uncover how to best partner with them for success by customizing programs that meet their needs. This position includes a base salary and an incentive plan for exceeding quarterly targets.
What You'll Do
- Achieve and exceed all sales expectations and goals
- Grow market share in designated territories
- Own all stages of the sales process from prospecting to close
- Excellent relationship building and nurturing skills
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Uncover goals/objectives of clinic/administrative staff and align product offering as a solution to meet their needs
- Deliver effective presentations to relevant stakeholders
- Coordination with Sales Leadership to ensure targets/metrics are being met or exceeded
- Establishment of a routine customer targeting plan
- Uncover new strategic opportunities with channel partners
- Post-sales support
- Determine key stakeholders and set up initial calls and stakeholder meetings
- Support the Strategic Partnerships team on system calls by facilitating communication between the the Strategic Partnerships team system and individual Account Executives
- Partner closely with Customer Success to identify and win upsell opportunities within our customer base
- Cultivate opportunities in alignment with conference calendar and discount associations
- Support the Strategic Partnerships team navigation system deals as necessary
What You Bring
- 7 years successful history selling into the Higher Education market
- History of successful quota attainment selling to executives in Student Affairs/Success, Enrollment Management, Academic Affairs, and other key departments across an institution
- Proven success winning opportunities requiring multiple stakeholders’ buy-in within the higher education sector
- Experience selling both New Acquisition and Expansion to current accounts
- Deep understanding of the challenges students face on a day to day basis and the services institutions provide to support them. You should be able to speak to this with confidence.
- Firm knowledge of the vendors in the Student Services space.
- Standing relationships with Institutional Leadership is a plus (VPSA, VPE, Provost, VPAA etc…).

The salary range for this opportunity is $85,000 – $100,000 per year, depending on education and experience. This is the base pay, and you will be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to the base pay.
NOTE - Sales roles also include incentive commission which will also be discussed during the interview process.
