About the Role:

As a Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and growing our vibrant community across various social media platforms and communication channels. Responsible for day-to-day operations, community engagement, and collaboration with different departments, you'll ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
You should have a deep understanding of decentralized ecosystems, cryptocurrency, NFTs, and other blockchain-related technologies.

What You Will Need To Have:

• Proven experience as a community manager, preferably in the Web3 or blockchain industry.
• Create innovative ideas to drive engagement across social channels like Twitter, Telegram, Linkedin, Discord, etc.
• Execute and oversee the day-to-day operations of our social media accounts, including platforms such as Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Reddit, and more.
• Monitor and moderate user interactions, ensuring a positive and respectful atmosphere within the community.
• Develop and execute a community management strategy to foster growth and loyalty within the community.
• Analyze engagement metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimizing engagement strategies across all social channels.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to align community initiatives with company goals and strategies.
• Be autonomous and rigorous regarding task deadline management.
• Be familiar with decentralized platforms, cryptocurrencies, NFTs, DAOs, and other related technologies.
• Organize and manage community events, AMAs (Ask Me Anything), webinars, or other interactive sessions to drive engagement.

What You Will Bring to the Table:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media management and community management.
• Expertise in crafting compelling and authentic written content that resonates with the community, driving engagement and interaction.
• Motivated by the dynamic and fast-paced nature of a startup environment, where adaptability and flexibility are key.
• Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Engaging in open conversations about DeFi, DAOs, NFTs, and various subjects within the realm of web3.Possess exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trust, resolve conflicts, and create a sense of unity within the community.
• A creative thinker, passionate about staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging web3 technologies.
