We're on the lookout for a Head of Marketing (all genders) who's not just ready to brush up on their skills but is eager to create a dazzling smile on the face of our business objectives. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who’s deeply in tune with customer needs and can expertly position our groundbreaking B2B SaaS product to dentists in Germany, our initial target audience for next year. In this role, you’ll hold the reins of our marketing blueprint across all channels and brand identity, propelling us from our first steps to widespread adoption.

Tasks

  • Define a holistic digital and offline growth strategy for the company to meet budget and performance objectives for 2024.
  • Shape our brand identity and ensure the company communicates the right message to attract and retain the right ICP.
  • Plan, execute and measure all web, SEO/SEM, CRM marketing, webinars, SM and paid campaigns to revolutionize the dental industry.
  • Collaborate with Sales and CS to own the entire customer life-cycle from MQL to renewal/churn as well as identify critical conversion points and drop-off points.

Requirements

  • Has an ’entrepreneurial and passionate mindset’ always thinking of new opportunities to accelerate growth opportunities.
  • Is just as data and number driven as well as drawn into customer thinking and behaviors.
  • Is experienced in creating and setting up content-heavy automated marketing campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, CRM marketing, email, webinars, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Has a solid knowledge of marketing analytics tools and hands-on knowledge of ad serving tools.
  • Has working experience in setting up and optimizing PPC for search engines.
  • Communicate fluently in English and German and have exemplary written abilities in both.
