RxAll is a leading global digital commerce infrastructure platform for healthcare enabling digital drug quality authentication, inventory management, payments, insurance reimbursements, decentralised tele-care and financing for independent pharmacies and related businesses. About The Role
Responsibilities:
Fundraising Support:
Collaborate with the CEO to develop fundraising strategies.
Prepare documentation for fundraising efforts, including pitch decks, investor presentations, and financial summaries.
Map relevant investor and funding landscape, prepare and submit applications and keep fundraising crm up to date and attend investor meetings with the CEOInvestor Relations:
Manage communication with investors, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
Coordinate investor meetings, calls, and events.Competitions and Applications:
Identify relevant competitions and opportunities for the CEO to participate in.
Prepare and submit applications for competitions, awards, and other relevant programs.Speaking Engagements:
Research and identify speaking opportunities and events aligned with the CEO's expertise and the company's goals.
Assist in preparing speaking materials, presentations, and talking points.Op-Ed Writing:
Draft op-eds and thought leadership pieces on behalf of the CEO.
Manage the submission process to relevant publications.Strategic Planning:
Work closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives and decision-making.
Assist in developing and implementing organizational goals.Project Management:
Oversee and manage special projects assigned by the CEO, ensuring they align with organizational priorities.Communication Liaison:
Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
Draft and review emails, announcements, and other communications.Calendar and Schedule Management:
Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate logistics for meetings and events.Research and Analysis:
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential partners.
Provide data and insights to support decision-making.Confidentiality and Discretion:
Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proven experience with fundraising, writing investor decks, memos and managing fundraising campaigns
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and problem-solve.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including Microsoft Office and project management platforms.
- Preferably based in Cambridge, Massachussets and able to work out of the i-Lab from time to time
