Associate Product Manager

ClickPost is Asia’s largest post purchase experience SaaS solution.We process more than a million orders per day and serve some of the biggest names in global Fortune 500. Our company is experiencing rapid growth growing more than 2x year on year.

Responsibilities

• Lead the charter of carrier integrations for all new and existing integrations
• Lead the charter of Order Creation, through which enterprises create an order on Clickpost and Clickpost creates the order on the carrier’s platform
• Analyze and own incoming requests from enterprise customers
• Work closely with support, onboarding and CSM team to resolve priority task
• Create the roadmap and own end-to-end execution of the Order Services pod managing tight deadlines
• Write PRDs for features and own sprint execution until enterprise go-live
• Calculate and monitor relevant success metrics for live features
• Create iimpact by building impactful features and delivering great customer experience

*Qualifications: *

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years experience as a Technical Product Manager, preferably in a SaaS company
• Have a strong knowledge of API evaluation, testing and documentation
• Be comfortable with reading and writing technical documentation
• Have prior experience managing a scrum team as a product manager
• Have hands-on experience analytics tools
• Good at stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
