Product Manager

Our customers are spread across India, Middle East and SEA and our goal is to deliver products and services that make their experience seamless and the process involved lightning fast. The Product Manager will be responsible for leading the operations, planning and execution of strategic priorities in an organized, disciplined and predictable fashion. This leader will be a critical partner to define and manage priorities, drive planning and accountability, and constantly manage expectations and ensure forward progress. In other words, ensure multiple teams within the program do what they say they will do and when they say they will do it.

Primary Job Responsibilities
1. Work with extremely talented peers in a fun environment building performance efficient, highly scalable, configurable solutions spanning multiple technologies and platforms
2.Manage multiple complex development programs to deliver technical solutions.
3.Develop effective, matrixed, cross-organization relationships, collaborating and communicating across business and technology stakeholders and multiple geographies.
4.Influence both peers and leaders, to build consensus while dealing with ambiguity, and make or delegate decisions when necessary
5.Implement complex projects dealing with the considerable data size (PB).

Requirements
5-7 years relevant experience in technology project management delivering technology initiatives in a high growth/high velocity environment at a leading consumer technology company or management consulting firm.

Strong understanding of database principles, Data Structures, SQL, and experience working with technical products and its development

Demonstrated aptitude for risk identification and mitigation

Excellent communication (written/verbal) skills, including logically structuring and delivering presentations.

Impeccable collaboration and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working in an agile environment and with cross-functional teams, should have appetite to learn and be flexible to pick up new technology.

Customer focused individual with proven experience in delivering complex analysis within short time frames, managing multiple stakeholders.

Organized, deliberate, and reliable in structuring work, and effective as a problem solver.

Bachelors/Masters Degree in relevant field preferred.
