Key Responsibilities:

Engineer, sustain, and adapt business analytics dashboards to support precise data analysis and informed decision-making for our clients.

Design, test, and manage customized data visualizations in alignment with client-specific business goals.

Identify opportunities for enhancing data governance, data quality, and process automation.

Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams within our organization and act as a liaison to ensure integrated data reporting workflows for our clients.

Diagnose and troubleshoot challenges related to data integrity, dashboard functionality, or data visualization, and develop immediate corrective measures.

Write, review, and maintain code(if required) that adheres to industry best practices and our internal quality standards.

Stay updated with current industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analytics and data visualization.

Essential Qualifications:

Demonstrable experience in designing, implementing, and managing business analytics dashboards.

Exceptional problem-solving skills backed by a strong analytical acumen.

Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R programming languages is mandatory.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities effectively.

Familiarity with key data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks is a plus.

Certifications in data visualization tools or business analytics are an added advantage.
