Treasury Senior Program Manager

About the Role:

Remitly's Treasury team is core to our business. As a Treasury Sr Program Manager, you will lay the foundations of a successful Program Management function. Medium term, you will establish a Project Management function to help the Treasury Leadership Team monitor their projects and their deliveries. This overall contributes to ensure company projects are supported by Treasury. You are comfortable working with other teams across Remitly. You will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Treasury Data Analytics. #LI-Hybrid

You Will:

• Lead and implement the roadmap to create a Program Management function dedicated to the Treasury. It will include designing a decision framework, implementing strategy, and building a roadmap together with other departments
• Structure a Project Management function for Treasury from the ground up including implementing best practices and KPIs, providing updates to leadership and the team, defining feedback mechanisms and building consensus around all rituals related to Project Management to subsequently own their execution
• Be the project manager to support Treasury sub-teams with their respective projects
• Develop a knowledge of the projects related to Treasury at all levels in the company
• Work with the other Program Managers in particular to bring clarity on dependencies between projects
• Contribute to the company wide OKR process, within Finance to support Treasury
• This job can be fully remote, hybrid, or in person in the Seattle area

You Have:

• 7+ years of experience as a program manager
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, a quantitative field, or any related field of study
• Experience working cross-functionally and navigating ambiguous timelines and conflicting priorities
• An entrepreneur mindset and a desire to build something from the ground up

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $82400 - $115000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
