The Role
We are established leaders who are fortunate to have something that excites every customer we have talked to! We faced this pain in our past lives and are now bringing the product to market. We are founders with a lens on Character, Chemistry, and Competency and are excited about Culture and People, so excited - that we put it in our name! The market we are serving has a TAM of Billions and, we believe, is a whitespace. We have validated the problem over the last year with 500+ prospect meetings and the founder led sale is working!
We are looking to welcome a CoFounder who will serve as Head of Engineering to build & ship an insights centric product for sales teams. There is a large chunk of equity for the right candidate, so you will be a true owner in the business in every sense of the word.
The Company
The company’s mission is to make every rep better. We are building an intelligence platform that serves leadership, managers and reps with personalized recommendations & actions to accelerate outcomes.
The early product is beautiful, intuitive and personalized serving the mid market. Our buyers are sales leaders excited about leveraging data to improve outcomes. Our computational problems are complex at scale and if we execute exceptionally, creates an opportunity to deliver customers with astronomical ROI.
Our team is guided in our journey by our collective principles to serve sales teams with deep rooted empathy. The company is remote, but will be initially serving U.S. centric customers.
Expectations
You will be leading + inspiring on a few fronts:
Own Engineering: You will shape architecture and data architecture. You own engineering to orchestrate our product roadmap - working closely with the data science team. Design, build and maintain the data platform, pipelines, establish the data dictionary, schemas and model.
Build and inspire team: You must be able to attract talent, run engineering projects in a distributed team setup to ship a scalable secure cloud SaaS product.
Hands-on: You actively review code and own engineering deliverables and build, ship products. We have a budget for a small team (including you), so you will need to be hands on!
Experience
We are looking for 8+ years of relevant technology experience in building B2B solutions for sales, marketing, finance or HR.
Founder DNA: You dream, think big, take risks with an understanding of tradeoffs. You're a marathon runner that's in it for the long haul.
Team: You’ve attracted talent, built and managed a team with full time & third party talent.
Applied intelligence: You have partnered with Data Science, incorporating AI/ML in product to solve real enterprise challenges.

Tools / technologies: Experience with SQL, Python, Postgres, Redshift, BigQuery databases, Apache Spark, Airflow (for task orchestration), and Terraform (for infrastructure management).
