The Role

We are a team of successful founders and investors looking for a mature IR professional to join our new Private Equity Fund focused on Tech-enabled services and Software companies.

Below are examples of our transactions to give more flavor about the targeted industries:

Sales of majority stakes in Solvd (Tech Services) and Zebrunner (SaaS) to Siguler Guff
Sale of 5518 Studios (Tech Services) to PTW (3657:Tokyo)
Sales of Sperasoft (Tech Services) to Keywords Studios Plc (LSE:KWS)

Requirements:

Experience in raising capital from Family Offices, FOFs, and Debt Funds in the US and overseas
High professional and ethical standards
Excellent English (Native)
Knowledge of SEC regulations
Self-starter
Experience in leveraging emerging technologies

Compensation:
Hourly pay, bonuses, potential equity, mentorship from self-made professionals

Can be part-time and remote first, then full time
