Full Stack Developer

PARiM, the best workforce software for temporary staff, are on the hunt for a Full Stack Developer, who would be Back-end focused. You will form an integral part of our Engineering team delivering great quality SaaS solution to our customers. This vacancy is part of PARiM's organic growth working in a highly collaborative, inclusive, and diverse group of Engineers, UX Designers, and Product Managers building a high-performance and innovative product.

Our Full Stack Developers have a direct impact on the daily workflow of hundreds and thousands of users, helping businesses grow and establish themselves on the market by building a smooth workforce planning and scheduling processes.

What will you be doing?

• Building great user experiences by writing clean, readable, and testable code in all areas of the stack
• Optimising applications for maximum performance
• Being responsible for code quality and performance, writing tests to qualify code performance
• Proactively fixing upcoming bugs and solving technical challenges
• Contributing ideas to our product development roadmap
• Writing functional requirement documents and guides
• Using markup languages to create user-friendly pages

We hope you have...

• Solid JavaScript/CSS/HTML front-end development experience and / or solid PHP back-end development experience
• Experience with React (or other modern JS frameworks)
• Good experience with creating effective APIs
• Curiosity solve complex problems, and desire to learn and explore latest trends technology
• Can-do attitude and willingness to tackle any project that helps customers of PARiM and improves usability of our product
