Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Salary + equity

We are looking for a technical officer (with an option to be upgraded into a co-founder position) that will be responsible for building the customer experience and processes that will help regular retail investors to participate in the Growth Market (secondary stock market) IPOs. This individual will be responsible for full-stack development of the digital product experience, data model design and development, and technical infrastructure design and implementation.

Requirements:
8+ years of experience as a developer or engineer
Strong and proven track record of leading dev teams
Experience in, or understanding of Fintech projects (including general know-how and sensibilities of the fintech projects)

Technical requirements:
IPOhub is currently built using mostly .Net, Azure, which means the candidate has to be familiar and comfortable with those technologies
Full-stack development experience with modern frontend tools (eg React, Vue)
Understanding of UX/UI issues on a level that makes it possible to participate in cross-disciplinary design discussions
Strong experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Entity Framework
Experience with other language ecosystems (eg python, go, java etc)
Experience with building mission-critical applications on the cloud (preferably on Azure)
Guided by the idea that technology serves human needs and business goals
Great communicator

Deep passion for fintech and disrupting the status quo

Nice to haves:

Are you an entrepreneurial self-starter who can take ownership of the running and leadership of the business? If so, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations whilst strategically building the business towards helping the team to increase IPOhubs MRR and the next investment round. You will be experienced in hands-on coding as well as leading a small distributed team and managing multiple stakeholders remotely.
