Overview:

Growify Digital, an e-commerce agency, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to help us expand our client base and grow our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and working closely with our team to ensure client satisfaction. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive new business opportunities and revenue growth
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients through networking, referrals, and cold-calling
• Work with clients to understand their business objectives and develop customized solutions to meet their needs
• Collaborate with our team of designers, developers, and marketers to deliver high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional business
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market changes to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the e-commerce industry
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and trends
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
