Responsibilities:

• Full-stack development: Create full-stack apps using JavaScript/TypeScript and popular frameworks, such as Nest.js and React.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Team up with product managers, designers, and devs to develop new features while adhering to good coding practices.
• Project leadership: Plan, estimate, and prioritize projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals.
• Code review and mentorship: Review code, provide constructive feedback to teammates and guide them in tackling complex tasks.
• Performance optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and troubleshoot issues in production.
• Continuous learning: Research new tech and suggest innovative solutions to enhance the software's capabilities.
• Deployment and maintenance: Deploy and maintain apps on AWS using Docker for containerization.

Skill Requirements:

• Expertise in Node.js and familiarity with databases like MongoDB and MySQL/MariaDB.
• Experience in frontend development and utilizing modern web technologies.
• Knowledge of best practices in software development, including code analysis, test automation, architecture patterns, and the twelve-factor app methodology.
• Experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to discuss technical topics with various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AWS services like ECS, S3, and Lambda, and comfortable using Docker for container management. Experience with Terraform is an advantage.
• English and Russian languages
