Inside Sales

Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and
emails

• Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
• Handle regular business process improvements and updates
• Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
• Devise B2B (business to business) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customer
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi is a must
• Working knowledge of Tamil & other regional languages is a plus
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
