Working on-site: Manila Philippines
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills: Able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers through various channels, such as email, live chat, and phone.
- Knowledge of the iGaming industry: You should have a solid understanding of the iGaming industry, including its regulations, products, and services.
- Customer service experience: Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the iGaming industry, is highly desirable.
- Problem-solving skills: You should be able to quickly analyse and resolve customer issues, often under tight deadlines.
- Multilingual abilities: Fluency in Japanese is a must, and English will be a plus.
- Availability: We operate 24/7; you may need to be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
