DevOps Engineer (Junior to Mid) Systems Administrator

The hunt is on for a creative CI/CD DevOps Engineer (Junior to Mid-Level) to ensure that pipelines are
properly defined and performing optimally within projects undertaken by the company.

Having an understanding of the pipeline’s goals and the transactions occurring are essential. The role
will interface with the DevOps team to coordinate and optimize the steps that execute within the
pipeline.

Responsibilities:
• Implement, gather and analyse metrics from both the IT infrastructure environment and
applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding.
• Work closely with development teams to improve services through deployment pipelines,
automated technologies and application maintenance best practises.
• Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service level objectives
• Create sustainable systems and services through automation and improvements

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology,
Information Systems, or similar;
• Experience in CI/CD (preferable);
• Experience in Payment solutions space (preferable);
• Extensive experience in DevOps engineering, team management, and collaboration;
• Knowledge and experience in Infrastructure Automation (Ansible, Chef, Puppet);
• Knowledge and experience in Containerization and Orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker);
• Experience in Failover and Zero-Downtime Setups;
• PCI-DSS Experience (preferable);
• Ability to keep up with software development trends and innovation;
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
