We are currently looking for a self-motivated and organized individual to join a reputable lighting and controls company. Our ideal candidate will be a critical thinking, detail-oriented, self-starter that excels in a fast paced, solution driven team environment. As a valued member of this team, you will provide key support in creative problem solving directly related to the company’s profits.

Job Description
Full-Time Technical Support working as part of the Inside Sales team to help facilitate the sales process. Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters.

Job Duties
Maintains the control depart process flow, ensuring team accountability to the process and timelines.
Works with the team to ensure proper documentation is provided at the beginning of each project and continues updates and maintanenance of each project file.
Compile project documentation, including producat data cut sheets.
Scheduling of project drawings, prewire meeting and start up.
Provide project support to customers.
Order entry, maintain current ship schedules, ensuring timely receipt of material for all projects.
Maintain relationships with customers and build strong loyalty between the company and our represented manufacturers.

Provide clear, concise, and complete information for customers on all aspects of their orders/projects.

Job Qualifications:
Eager to learn and have a desire to understand how things work.
Critical thinking, utilizing individual and team-based problem-solving skills.
A team oriented, self-starter, motivated to grow with the company.
Excellent verbal and non-verbal, interpersonal, and intrapersonal communication skills.
Organized and able to manage miltiple projects from multiple people.
Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat. Familiarity with Smartsheet and Bluebeam is a plus.
Punctual, eager to dive into work, and willing to draw attentions to flaws, errors or request clarification on projects.
Preferred but not required:
Construction Industry background.
Ability to read plans and specifications.
Knowledge of Lighting Controls.
