Administrative Agent

What will you do

• Process physical mail by scanning, uploading, and notifying customers of receipt.
• Reach out to state agencies to retrieve or provide the necessary information.
• Perform office duties, such as accepting packages, stocking supplies, and ensuring meeting rooms are tidy and well-equipped.
• Help schedule calls, meetings, and appointments for the executive team.
• Handling paperwork related to company registration, including filling out and filing application forms, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Checking and responding to emails related to company registration and legal compliance.

Who you are

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in company registration and legal compliance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to company registration.
