Experienced UI Designer with Web3 Experience

We are seeking an experienced UI Designer with Web3 experience to join our team. As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our Web3 products.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design and implement UI solutions that meet the needs of our Web3 products.

Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders.

Design and maintain design systems and style guides for our Web3 products.
Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.

Conduct user research and incorporate feedback into design iterations.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing previous Web3 projects.
Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Understanding of Web3 technologies, including blockchain, smart contracts, and decentralized applications. (Preferred but not necessary)

Strong knowledge of UI design principles and best practices.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Excellent communication skills and ability to present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
