Frontline Data Solutions provides web-based (SaaS) environmental, health, and safety software to some of the world's leading chemical, oil & gas, and manufacturing companies. We are looking to add to our team with the addition of a full-time UI/UX Designer. This is an opportunity to shape the user experience of our leading SaaS solutions in the environmental, health, and safety domains.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Collaborate with the Product Management and Engineering teams to innovate and refine user interfaces that are intuitive and engaging, reporting directly to the Head of Product.
• Lead the transformation of complex workflows into streamlined, user-centric experiences that resonate across web and mobile platforms.
• Drive the visual and interactive elements of user interface design, employing your expertise in Figma and Material Design to create aesthetically pleasing and functional designs.
• Utilize your skills in HTML5, CSS3, Material Design, jQuery, and JavaScript to bring designs to life, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience.
• Engage in proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement of design strategies and methodologies.

SKILLS YOU'LL NEED:

• Strong portfolio showcasing your prowess in UI/UX design across various platforms.
• Ability to work during U.S. Central Time business hours for at least four hours per day.
• Proficiency in Figma; familiarity with Material Design.
• Practical experience with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery, and JavaScript is preferred, but not mandatory.
