Technical/ Business Developer cofounder for Social Media platform

We are seeking a talented and experienced co-founder (With Investment/without investment) to help lead our early-stage social media startup. As co-founder, you will be responsible for working closely with the CEO to create and execute a strategic vision for the company, securing funding, building and managing a team, developing the product, marketing and branding, financial management, legal compliance, and industry networking.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the CEO to develop and execute a strategic vision for the company, including long-term goals, target markets, and key milestones for growth.
2. Secure funding for the company by pitching to investors, attending networking events, and building relationships with potential partners.
3. Build and manage a team of talented individuals who can help execute the company's vision.
4. Collaborate with product managers and designers to develop a product that meets user needs and stands out in the market.
5. Create a strong brand identity for the company by developing a marketing strategy that targets potential customers and building relationships with influencers and thought leaders in the industry.
6. Assist with financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
7. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements by working with lawyers and other experts to ensure that the company is operating within the bounds of the law and that all necessary licenses and permits are in place.
8. Network within the industry by attending conferences and events, and building relationships with other companies and industry leaders.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a co-founder or in a similar leadership role in a startup.
2. Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing.
3. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
4. Demonstrated ability to secure funding and manage finances.
5. Deep understanding of product development and the ability to work closely with product managers and designers.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements in the industry.
8. Demonstrated ability to build and manage a high-performing team.
