About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Rust Developer to join our team and play a key role in the development of smart contracts for our clients. As a Senior Rust Developer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and innovative projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust and efficient code.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain smart contracts using Rust programming language.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards and best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior developers on the team to help them grow their skills and knowledge.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Web3
• Work with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience with Rust;
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into smaller, more manageable parts;
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns;
• Ability to pick up new technologies quickly & share knowledge;
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment with rapidly changing requirements;
• Ability to work independently when necessary;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban;
• Comfortable with remote work.

Nice to have:

• Experience in writing smart contracts using Solidity
