This is why we are looking for 1** senior and 1 mid - level PHP DEVELOPER** who are brave enough to take on a challenge. You can’t be afraid of working in the big leagues.

*Job Description *

• Mentor and lead a team of developers.
• Should be capable of handling multiple PHP projects.
• Should be efficient enough to utilize the resources available to him
• Can handle and plan project milestones and deadlines.
• Take up system analysis, design, documenting responsibilities and get it done in time. He/
she should be able to perform code analyzing and reading exercises for current and previous projects
• The Sr. developer will lead developers; Apart from this he will/ can be involved in the coding activities in addition to the team management role.

• All necessary support will be provided for smooth execution of projects. The senior developers will keep a track and reviews on existing projects to identify bottlenecks, bugs, performance issues and involve the team to study and learn from existing projects.
• Must be able to advise ways and means to obtain performance metrics of applications and optimize applications.
• Must possess excellent attention to detail and be able to familiarize and quickly learn new Software/ framework/ languages/ technology with ease.
• Cooperate with graphic designers to match visual design intent

*Requirements *

• Hands on experience in Core PHP is must. 3+ years of experience with PHP and familiar with XHTML, HTML 5, JavaScript, CSS, CodeIgniter,
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop would be considered an asset
• Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop would be considered an asset
• BS in computer science, a related field, or similar certifications would be considered an asset
