Fourth is seeking a Brand Development and Design Manager that engages, informs, and inspires. This individual should be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into creative visualizations that reflect and promote Fourth’s brand. The ideal candidate will be skilled in every step of the brand development and design process and have a thorough understanding of brand management and marketing.

The Role. . .

Brand Development Responsibilities

· Establish strategic creative direction for Fourth and translate that direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity· Ensure that all creative designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the Fourth and its customers appropriately· Develop/update Fourth brand guidelines and brand review processes· Act as the custodian and champion of our brand standards, voice and visual identity by directing the business to follow the guidelines and keeping an eye out for any discrepancies· Manage the process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system· Update and maintain internal databases for designs, logos, photography, video and more

Graphic Design Responsibilities

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders on a wide range of design projects: web pages, print and digital ads, social, mobile, email, collateral, signage, infographics, internal communications, newsletters, and other marketing materials.· Design and layout PowerPoint presentations for meetings/events· Create and edit video and audio files, gifs and animations for marketing campaigns· Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions · Oversee the production process from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, review and approval cycles, meeting milestones and deadlines· Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities

The Ideal Candidate. . .

· Bachelor's degree in brand design, graphic arts, communications, or related field· Eight or more years of B2B brand and graphic design experience, preferably with a creative or marketing agency· Submit portfolio of work, to include a variety of projects and media· Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web· Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software· Proficiency with creating and editing various video and audio formats· Experience with graphic design software: Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and more· Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, as well as WordPress and content management systems· Excellent eye for detail· Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to lead multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
